We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Eligible Refunds
We will gladly process a refund if your item meets either of the following conditions:
- The item is the incorrect sizing.
- The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If an item is proven unauthentic by a reputable, independent authenticator, you will receive a full refund (including shipping costs).
To claim your refund, email our support team with your order number and the official third-party proof.
The 7-Day Window
To receive a refund for incorrect sizing or an item not as described, you must contact us and initiate the return within a strict 7-day window from the date of delivery. Any requests made after this 7-day period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
