At Club Eleven, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location or carrier delays.

Shipping Cost

  • We charge a flat rate of $20 Australia-wide.

  • Any customs or import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue.
